Thru the first 73 games of the season..............
His current Contact Rate is 86 percent going into todays game.
His current Walk Rate is 10.6 percent.
As some of you know, "The Natural 300 hitter" your looking for is 86 % contact/11 % Walk rate.
He is on pace for 30-40 Steals on the season, but closer to 40 IMO at his rate.
He bats very early in the lineup directly in front of a former MVP, Batting Title Champion, and TWO solid 20-30 HR, 100 RBI type players.
He currently LEADS THE MLB in Line drive percentage at about 27 percent. For those of you that wonder why this is important---Its very indicative of players that have high BA, or players that have a BABIP over the league norm.
Oh, and hes 27 this year.
Name that Player, Discuss. He's on the Waiver Wire in just about every league out there.
The average you posted is incorrect. Since hes batting second, You wouldnt be picking him up for RBI.

Yes Sir,
He is on my team as well, And hes been doing better then the majority of my team in the last three weeks. Another great day today. I think he should have a fine second half.
For the others, I forgot to add
In the last three weeks roughly looking at his stats...
And Since June 10th hes hit in 18 out of 22 Games.
Looking at his contact Rate, Walk Rate, New Spot in the batting order, Line Drive rate, and the ability out of no where to attempt a stolen base every game----This isnt a ride him while hes hott type guy---The numbers for the last 3 weeks should be his standard numbers if not better.
He seems like a good injury-replacement player especially if your SS gets a large part of the steals on your team like Hanely, Reyes or Rollins.
He may sneak into the top 15 next year if he can nab 35 bags and hit around .300, you'd probably want to get a little more power out of your SS position though.
