Not sure exactly how many that is and I'm sure I left some good ones out. If I thought some guys would lose rookie status I didn't include them. And I didn't consider the '07 picks cause I don't know about them. Also, there are a few long shots on there, but thats what prospecting is all about :-) *edit-I had to add a few more.

1. Justin Upton

By a large margin

2.Clay Buccholz -top pitching prospect status will be sealed by his playoff stint as a shutdown setup man
3. Jay Bruce- could cut down on k's some
4. Evan Longoria
5. Maybin
6. Clayton Kershaw
7. Adam Jones- could lose prospect status
8. Brandon Wood- still got that raw power and still strikingout
9. Fernando Martinez
10. Joba Chamberlain

why the hell would anyone put Cameron Maybin in their top 10 for next year?

Aside from being really really fast, what has he done in the last two years other than hit ground balls and strike out?

We sport 2 minor league spots in our keeper league and I currently have Maybin and Upton secured. I really surpised no one in our 12-team keeper league has Jay Bruce. If Dunn and/or Griffey is traded, what are the chances Bruce is called up soon after? I'm watching him like a hawk.

My quick top 10 would be...

1. Justin Upton (he might lose eligibility during the 2nd half)
2. Jay Bruce
3. Clay Buchholz
4. Evan Longoria (another guy who might lose eligiblity)
5. Cameron Maybin
6. Fernando Martinez
7. Clayton Kershaw
8. Max Scherzer (might lose eligibility)
9. Daric Barton
10. Colby Rasmus

I'm pretty sure that Adam Jones and Brandon Wood will lose their eligibility by the end of 07 season. If not, they would make top 10 for me.
