Did you honestly expect him to keep up his Cy Young pace all year? He's a 2nd year pitcher. Most smart owners would have unloaded him about 3 weeks ago.
I was watching some of his games when he pitched. When he was pitching well he changed up what he threw, placement was brilliant, and he went to his curveball. Now he is relying on getting it passed the hitter with his fastball which isnt working. He is still young and he will learn that fastball wont work all the time.
he is just one of many of those cubs players that every cubs fan hypes up way too much....bobby hill, koye hill, ryan teriot, fontnot....corey patterson
every year a cubs player shows some promise, and never keeps it up consistently

yep. his HR totals are right on par with last season In Rich Hills last 32 starts, he has allowed 32 home runs. An average of 1 home run a game isn't getting the job done.

Yeah cause there were some Cubs fans who were ecstatic about Koyie Hill coming up...
And by the way, learn how to spell.

From the AP wire story on Young's grand slam in today's game:
"We tried to set up a double play," Chicago manager Lou Piniella said. "The shortstop doesn't play in the bullpen. (Young) had two strikes and (Hill) hung him a curveball."

his ERA is now at 3.81 after tonights 6ER
Most epxerts predicted hi ERA around 4.10 and 11-12 wins, so a 3.81 looks good. He also has only three out pitches similar to Zito, so you won't be seeing an ERA title anytime soon.
