yep forgot Foulke. It happens, your just used to seeing flamethrowers come up for these roles, and their out pitch is usually a slider, cutter, or splitter.

Definetly an oddball player. At 26, he's not a prospect. With an offspeed pitch like his plus plus changeup, he'd prolly project as a starter. But at 150 lbs he prolly doesn't have close to the stamina to go deep in games. Do they use him in long relief and build him into a starter ? or just go against conventional logic and take him at face value as a dominant short innings guy. The number of closer/setup guys who dominate with a change up is pretty short (Guardado had one, and most notably Trevor Hoffman).

I don't see him ever starting. He has 2, allegedly 3, pitches (he didn't throw the slider in his one game as far as I could tell). He averaged about 2 innings an appearance in AAA. He'll be a 1-2 inning pitcher IMO if he amounts to anything.

I was there for today's game. He nearly made it out fine, but ended up looking pretty bad allowing two runs to score with what I think was a 1-2 count single.
