Should be okay offensively, right? But, one too many trades

Offensively I should have big 2nd half right? My worries at this point is obviously my pitching staff. I moved 1) Bonderman for Wells and 2) CC Sabathia and Brian Roberts for Chase Utley and 3) Chris Young and BJ Upton for Prince Fielder and Alex Gordon. What I am left with is decent but shallow and way to dependent on the likes of Tim Lincecum and Matt Garza. Where do I go from here?

My current roster:
C Laird, Gerald (C) TEX
C Zaun, Greg (C) TOR
1B Fielder, Prince (1B) MIL
2B Utley, Chase (2B) PHI
3B Braun, Ryan (3B) MIL
SS Young, Michael (SS) TEX
CI Zimmerman, Ryan (3B) WAS
MI Greene, Khalil (SS) SD
OF Berkman, Lance (1B,OF) HOU
OF Francoeur, Jeff (OF) ATL
OF Wells, Vernon (OF) TOR
OF Jones, Andruw (OF) ATL
OF Patterson, Corey (OF) BAL
DH LaRoche, Adam (1B) PIT

Bn Young, Chris B. (OF) ARI
Bn Freel, Ryan (2B,3B,OF) CIN
Bn Gomes, Johnny (OF) TB
Bn Drew, J.D. (OF) BOS
Bn Gordan, Alex (3B) KC
Bn Owens, Jerry (OF) CWS
Bn Kouzmanoff, Kevin (3B) SD

P Shields, Jamie (P) TB
P Bedard, Erik (P) BAL
P Garza, Matt (P) MIN
P Linceum, Tim (P) SF
P Nathan, Joe (P) MIN
P Weathers, David (P) CIN
P Accardo, Jeremy (P) TOR

I dont know why you would trade Sabathia/Roberts away for Utley when you got Upton there.

But now you need one more Ace on your staff.

Your hitting looks solid, but your SPs look a little shallow to me. I'd try and move 1 or 2 of your starting OFs for a SP and then move some of your speedy guys into your OF to provide some badly needed SBs.

Help?

Just made the trade to acquire Prince Fielder. Sort of regretting it and he isn't even on my team yet.

Is this H2H or roto? I can understand the moves in roto if you were well ahead for your innings pace, and needed to gain ground in the hitting. H2H you might have your work cut out for you because just 4 SPs probably won't be enough. Personally, I'd like to see more of a pitching bench and less of a hitting bench (how much are those guys really going to help you win?). Maybe drop guys like Gomes, KK, or Owens to go speculating on SPs. This isn't a keeper league, is it?

Look at mine? viewtopic.php?t=308825

Thanks for the comments. All are welcome. It is a Roto League. Non-keeper.

I have a decent lead in K and am in great shape in ERA and WHIP. My plan is pretty much to play it conservative with the pitchers the rest of the way. If I don't move up in the hitting cats, I won't be in the money. Not mush difference between finishing 12th or 5th in my mind. If I wanted to get to 1 or 2, I needed the offense as I was last in HR and RBI before I started moving for the O.
