Well from what i hear,
the Red Sox signed the top infielder in Almanzar (1.5 Million)
The Yankees signed the top Outfielder in DeLeon’ (about 1.1 million)
While Teheran is the top righty pitcher (850 K)

I heard that. I bet the Yankees offered him a lot of cash too. I mean, which organization would you join? The Yankees or the Braves? Please, show no bias.
I'd take the Braves. They treat their players right, you play the right way, and you know you'll get a shot.

Im not to familiar with how the international signing system works, so when should we expect to see these guys in the minors???

and after the minors, whats a usualy time tanle for them hitting the majors? if he's only 16, i cant assume anytime soon

Felix Pie of the Cubs signed in 2002 at age 17. He's just making it to the majors.

Some of them will go to extended spring training next year, some will spend next summer in international leagues like the Dominican Summer League. They can take anywhere from 4 to 6 years to make the majors if not more.
