I just offered him straight up for Rollins.

Thats a genius move. Hanley is hitting .34 points higher on average and his OBP is almost .50 points higher, and he has 10 more SB's than Rollins. Rollins only has him by a few homers and obviously RBI's.

Why dont you wait to make sure he's even still hurt or will be out longer than 2-3 games before gutting your roster.

Hanley also suffered a similar injury to this earlier in the season. He missed a couple of games then came back stealing bases like always.

And what about those 20 RBIs in Rollins' favor? How about his history of excellent fantasy performance. Their season 5-cat rank difference is 2. Sheesh. You make it sound like I sold Pujols for Raul Ibanez.

All I'm saying is that players with nagging injuries tend to nose dive in performance, especially when the injury affects their best tool the most. I don't know if this injury will nag Hanley, but I don't want to take the chance if I don't have to either.

I caught a little bit about Hanley tonight on the Marlins pregame show--he said in an interview he wanted to play tonight. I think the trainer made him sit. It doesn't seem major. I think Hanley had a similar problem earlier in the year but played through it
