man my baseball knowledge limits me at thios point in the draft; any of these guys stand out? My guess as to my best choices are Edmonds, Thomas, Harden, Maddux, and Patterson. But I have no idea really. Overall I think I'm doing okay but I'm having trouble isolating my weaknesses and picking accordingly. My team is listed below this list.

Edmonds
Juan Gon
F.Thomas
Brett Myers
Rich Harden
Mike Hampton
Nevin
Nen
Kearns
K.Escobar
Glaus
Maddux
L.Walker
Floyd
Patterson

For me it would be a choice between The Big Hurt and Edmonds.

Personally I would go Edmonds.

hmm... I've been considering Edmonds for a couple rounds now, he'd round out my outfield nicely.

Thomas could be good to, eventhough he's slowing down a bit.

Richie Rich had a 1.97 era in Sept. so that's tempting, decisions decisions

I guess the question is who's the most valuable player and also who will prob. not be there next round (which is real hard to predict, I'm in the midst of a big run on pitchers--my weaker 1/2-- though.)

I can always trade for pitching though, and as you can see I have lots of bench spots too fill as well.

here is who i would take:

kearns
patterson
thomas
edmonds
myers
nevin
gonzo
maddux
harden

i guess if you want pitching my suggestion would be Brett Myers, Harden is inconsistant so far but has a very high ceiling. I'd go Kearns for sure at this point.

Edmonds, then Thomas, Kearns, Patterson. Also watch for Nevin he is supposively in best shape of his life.

Harden is too much of a risk at this point. Let him slip 4 more rounds unless this is a keeper league.
