List of HRs per Ballpark

Is there some sort of list somewhere showing how many home runs have been hit at each ballpark this year?

I'd think the only way to accurately test this would be to Launch balls at the same force into the outfield with a pitching machine and see which ones go out.

Of course you'd need to adjust for wind and such
I'm too lazy to make a sig at the moment
