Some advice on selling in a keeper league....

I am in third place in a 10 team H2H 3 keeper league. I am very confident that my team can win our league. I have executed a number of sell high trades,but there in lies my problem. I have Derek Jeter, VLAD, Hafner, David Wright, Johan Santana and Carl Crawford. I can't keep them all and I have had a few guys inquire about VLAD. Do I try and trade someone like VLAD for a couple of top notch guys and try to and wrap up a title this year or should I hold onto what I got? I know I am going to lose a few of these guys and I would like a title before that day comes.
