Home field advantage and having a team suited to the home park (in theory) is part of what's great about baseball.

I agree. Baseball is the only sport were the dimensions of the home stadium actually impact a game.

And whoever said that baseball is the only place where home field advantage makes a big difference... Have you watched football and basketball? Home teams have a HUGE advantage.

No one said that. What was said deals with the uniqueness of home fields.

Boras is an idiot. That completely takes away from the fan bases that waited for who knows how long to see their team in the world series. Making them then travel to see their team would be ridiculous.

YES i agree totally, the playoff format is FINE, neutral sites is the worst thing i have ever heard of. I still think its stupid that the ASG decides home field, team with the better regular season record should get it.

Anything Boras thinks off is by definition a bad idea for baseball fans since all his ideas revolve around maximizing profits by fleecing everyone he can.
