When Torres comes back, do you think he'll be the closer again? Also, are they going to keep the committee approach like they are now? I think Chacon could get more chances, but he has blown some over the last few outings.

Capps is the closer. He became the closer for good days before Torres went on DL. They were on CBC when Capps was suspended for throwing at Fielder, so it was a short term thing. Pirates may not win very often, but Capps is fixed at the closer spot.

It was never a committee, Capps is solidified as the closer. Chacon only closed during the span Capps was suspended.
