Rich Thompson could be a longshot but has wheels.. Plays for the Pirates, and they have nothing to play for.. SO Thompson might get a chance...

And Jeremy Reed for the Whitesox will make the team, and probably be one of the 30 sb rookies this year..

I am going to have to say Jose Reyes.

He had 13 SB's in a total of 69 games. Thats mediocre but expect alot more from this guy, I am going to say he will steal any where from 30-40 SB's this season.
