Any updates? Anyone know when he's due back?

They were hoping sometime after the all star break a few months ago, but I haven't heard if he's had any setbacks.

I donno but he is the next person i stash on DL spots all over the place, could be an excellent add in, in a trade that could push someone over the top at the deadline.

I am just waiting for Upton to get off the DL so I can add Nick Johnson. I would love to have this guy for the second half. He's a doubles machine and I need that....

I stashed him months ago and last I hear he was still on track to return some time in late July. I think he's taken BP but I am not certain.

Latest from Yahoo:
Jul 7 Following a visit with hip specialist Dr. Brian Kelly in New York on Friday, the Nationals announced that Johnson (broken leg) would undergo additional tests on his right hip over the All-Star break, the team's web site reports.
Recommendation: "We are going to do some more studies. We are going to do a nerve study and now we are going to do an MRI and look some more," general manager Jim Bowden said. Johnson's hip has apparently been sore for several weeks, and it's starting to look less likely that the fragile first baseman will be able to contribute in the second half.
Might be time to divest yourself of him as he may miss the entire season.
