I am keeping my eyes on Teahen fr a potential upgrade. We only start one RP so I am looking to drop gallerdo for another bat or maybe a two start pitcher. Please rank my team and where I should tweak to fine tune.

I would say leave the team as is - only thing I might do is drop Gallardo (non-keeper right?) for carmona

I would drop Gallardo and possibly upgrade at 3B but other than that, I would stand pat for now and enjoy first place.
