Wow, that's the first time I've seen someone complain about players getting multiple position eligibility. Nevin is more likely to play at 1B, but Green is going to get a look in Spring Training, according to the news articles. If they do qualify as 1Bs and you're stocked at that position, trade them for a better OF!
Dodgers need a bat. They will trade for another slugging OF (probably Hidalgo or Lee/Ordonez) and Green will move to first, I would almost bet on it. Besides position eligability, the added benefit for Green is that it means that a competent middle of the order guy and not Juan Encarnacion will be hitting behind him.
Yeah, I will have to trade one of them for sure if they both switch, since I already have Lee at 1st too.
It's not your typical league, it's Head to Head, 5 nights a week, and where they played last year has no bearing. They have to play where you have them slotted into your roster THAT game, for their stats to be available to you (we score our games manually).
So having 3 solid 1B does me no good, it just wastes the stats of at least 1 of them (the 2nd one could be my DH).
Well, now that makes a little sense. All these strange leagues keep popping up here, and regular lines of fantasy thought change so radically in each league type. Best thing I would do is to harp on Shawn Green or Phil Nevin to 1B to those fellow owners who have a weakling at the position, and have depth in an area you're lacking a solid starter. But penalizing position eligibility? Geesh, I think that would really mess with some minds. Catchers that are getting some games at DH (like Javy or Pudge, as rumored) or 1B (Piazza) will lose a lot of value in your league.

What to do, what to do....
Do you not have any utility positions to use them?

I'd probably throw one of them as my 2nd C and my 1st DH, so that way I get value from them regardless. If I put them as my 1st C and they DH in real life that night, then I don't get to use them.
It's avery unique league. It's actually been around for about 10 years, although I've only been in it for 3. You literally play vs someone on a given night, and either end up with a win or a loss for that night.
So 2 years ago, when Green had that 19TB game, it was on a Thursday, and we don't play Thursdays, so it did me no good. :(
