Seems like you gotta a lot of speed. Ichiro, Roberts, Ramirez, Figgins will get you a lot of runs and stolen bases, but won't offer too much power. Hell even Helton won't give you much anymore. And wells is even batting first right now. I'd try to get a guy who'll give you runs and rbis. Trade Ichiro and Harang for someone like Holliday. Who'll give you both. Or maybe ichiro for Utley

Your hitters are solid. I would stay put with them.

I would try a 2 for 1 with your relievers. Maybe Shields/Accardo or Shields/Ray for an upgrade SP.

Helton is beginning, if not already, on the downhill of his prime
Jenks is not getting as much save opportunities these days because the White Sox bullpen has collapsed
