I'm sitting 11 games up in 1st in my Yahoo H2H 8 team league. But for the last couple weeks I've been more than 20 games up and have had 2 bad weeks. I've already trying to unload some OF's for some MI help and have made some moves:

Drop SP Shields for OF Hart (will soon pick Shields back up once I move some OF's)
Waiting for Upton to come off DL
Looking to trade Bonds, Cuddyer, Francoeur

C - Posada, Martin
1B - Youkilis, Ortiz, Cuddyer
2B - Upton, Hudson, Matsui
SS - Jeter
3B - Wright, Lowell
OF - Bonds, Lee, Pence, Victorino, Francoeur, Matsui, Hart

SP - Peavy, Bonderman, Hamels, Rogers, Carmona, Harang, Zambrano, Maine, Kazmir
RP - Papelbon, Reyes, Okajima

I think your team looks really good. I really would not have dropped Shields though. I hope you can get him back before someone else does. I know hart is good ( i have him also), but i would not have made that move. Your OF looks fine, Frenchy and Matsui will pick it up. Pence is a phenom, and Bonds will give you at least 6 more HR . Your MI looks fine also, stay with your guys, they will do fine.

I just accepted a trade of my Cuddyer for his Joe Nathan, so overall I'm pretty happy with the outcome of that trade.
