And lightest so he spins out if someone like Wario or Bowser bumps him.
That is a problem if you're in the pack, but if you get out front in the beginning, you're gone and nobody can catch you.

Toad and Yoshi are definitely fastest, but I like the high-speed big guys.

Does Mario qualify as that? I use him sometimes. I guess he's more average-sized.

Mario is average in all attributes. I like to use him on certain courses. I hate people that "snake" though on MarioKart DS online.
