Where can I find where to calculate estimated Keeper values?

Last year, someone forwarded me a link to a page where you could input the parameters of your league (i.e. AL only, 12 teams, 14 hitters, 9 pitchers, etc.) and it would spit out a list of values for each player which can be exported to Excel. I found it handy, but unfortunately, I can't find the link. Does this sound familiar to anyone? Thanks.
