Anyone know where I can get my hands on an excel spreadsheet containing all of the 2003 player stats?

go here:

and download the text, Comma delimited version

you can get the 2003 stats from there and import it into excel

I don't like the 2004 excel spread sheet because you can not sort by stat. Instead I recommend using ESPN.com

Dougstats.com does NOT include batting average in the hitters' stats. I resent having to set-up the computation.

Hits/AB - not that hard, is it?

The guy updates the stats every single day during the season, so IMO he's the best source for stats for basketball and baseball. He does pre-season for basketball so he might do it for spring training - even though ST stats don't mean much, it cures my information fix before the season starts. And it's free too ;-D
