Confusing.

I see Bush pitched an inning today but sportsline also had a note about Gallardo to the pen.

So it looks like Bush is in the pen after all (at least for now). What a confusing situation. Thanks for nothing, Yost. :t

It's pretty clear that they invest heavily in their product and skimp on service and writing.

Vargas might be headed to the pen too. I think a lot depends on how Yovani does during his next start which is Friday i think.

If I were any of you folks owning these Brewers' pitchers I would just wait till the situation resolves itself. It's not Ned Yost's job to help your fantasy team. However, I agree it's Sportsline and other sites' jobs to try and be as accurate as possible.

I own both Bush and Gallardo, and I'm just going to sit pat with both of them. I would rather keep either Bush or Gallardo in one of my starting spots, because they both will be solid relievers until the situation resolves itself. I'll take the 1-6 solid innings of relief that they can give me in a week, not to mention the vulture wins that go along with it. Don't do anything rash with either of them, just wait and see what happens, because I have a sinking feeling that Claudio (I only can go 5 and a third innings) Vargas will be out of the rotation soon enough.

I wasn't criticizing Yost for messing with my fantasy team, but rather because this can't be good for anyone involved - all the indecision and shifting of roles.

This just doesn't make sense. Why would Bush be the guy to go to the pen? He's had three good games in a row. I think the rotation will be worked out in a trade. I just don't think any of those guys fighting for a rotation spot should be in the bullpen. Vargas has decent trade value.
