He has began throwing and says he feels great. I wouldn't expect him back until late July at best, early Aug most likely. I picked him up and stashed him on my IR last week.

poopdungbeatle update on Pedro: Pedro is doing well.

Nothing new to report.

The last report I heard was about a week ago and was a 53 pitch session without any pain. All signs are positive, and we can probably expect him back around August 1st.

Pedro Martinez (shoulder) will throw another bullpen session Tuesday.

If Pedro remains pain-free he could begin throwing live batting practice either late this week or early next week.
