"LA ROCK" baby
should be rocking at 1B this year for my Bravos
I have him in my keeper league, but am not expecting big things from him this year. Good defense will keep him in the lineup, but he won't hit for any power

Just read this:
2. Adam LaRoche, 1B, Atlanta: Atlanta wanted to give LaRoche a head start on the 2004 campaign, when he will compete for the starting job at first base as a rookie, by sending the budding hitter to the Puerto Rican League. LaRoche responded by hitting .333 with seven home runs and 20 RBIs in 28 games with Mayaguez. The son of former major league pitcher Dave LaRoche, Adam also produced six doubles and 19 walks in what proved to be one of the top all-around performances by an American-born hitter this winter.
Sounds like he may have some power after all!

I wouldn't get to hyped about that. He won't hit more than 10-15 hr's this year
