Player losing eligibility cbs league

There is a big fight going on in my league because cbs took chuck james RP eligibility away from him. The team that owns him drafted him as a RP and now he can no longer use him in that spot. What should our league do? I am definitely on the side of the chuck james owner.

I have never played in a CBS league but, unless you have rules against this, I would say that the owner is beat. That said, I have never see eligibility taken away during the season. Even if the owner is "right", what can the league do?? Can the commish add it back??
