I have a question regarding scoring in roto. For example tonight Janssen (Tor, RP,SP) allows 5 hits and 1 walk but does not record an out. How is this scored for WHIP and ERA if is INF.?

I have a question regarding scoring in roto. For example tonight Janssen (Tor, RP,SP) allows 5 hits and 1 walk but does not record an out. How is this scored for WHIP and ERA if is INF.?

In roto, it just goes onto your yearly totals. For instance, say you have 220 HA and 40 BB in 200 IP before the game started, you will now have 225 HA and 41 BB in the same 200 IP. In H2H, the same concept applies although it is for the current week. This is just an example.

Does anyone know how they score this in H2H?

It's the same concept. It just gets added to your weekly totals. The IP doesn't change but the ERA and WHIP would surely go up.
