Cablevision and the MLB Package

Postby BeachBumLBI » Thu Jun 21, 2007 5:54 pm

Through my frustrations, I am throwing out a general question. 'If you have subscribed to the MLB Package with Cablevision, have you been experiencing any problems with those channels?'
I have subscribed to the MLB Package with Cablevision, and have been extremely unhappy with the quality of the package. The package started in the beginning of May, and a full price of 159 was charged. I have had frequent occasions of frozen pixel screens, and gray screens (no picture). Upon my calls of complaint to Cablevision, they keep insisting that no one else has been calling them concerning this matter. Therefore, I am asking, has anyone else experienced the same problems. Thanks.

This is a shot in the dark but I would have the cable company come out and test the signal strength. Do you have multiple lines and possibly Internet? Sometimes guys are lazy and they will split a line too many times rather than stringing another. If you have a low signal rate, the digital channels are affected the most.

Maine has a good swing for a pitcher but on anything that moves, he has no chance. And if it's a fastball, it has to be up in the zone. Basically, the pitcher has to hit his bat. - Mike Pelfrey

I agree. This sounds like an isolated issue. I would have them send a tech out.
