OK I'm killing this question. It seems lots of guys have done this. I pulled it off a baseball trivia site. Last time I go there! :-#

By the way their answer was Tony Gwynn.

On June 16, 1991, Otis Nixon had 6 stolen bases vs the Montreal Expos.

Tony Gwynn had 5 against the Houston Astros on Sept. 20, 1986.

It looks like Damian Jackson had 5 for the Padres against the Rockies on June 28, 1999

Davey Lopes did it against the Cardinals on August 24, 1974.

There may be more....this is what I found after looking for a little while. Hope it helps.

There are others... Scarborough Green in 2000, for example. I think goody should get this point - since the question asked for one player and goody answered first. Sound fair?
