2007 draftee signing status

Does anyone know a site where you can find out when a draftee has signed with the ML team as it happens?

Rotoworld does not seem to cover that very closely. The reason why it's important for me is that our league does not allow prospects to be picked up until they have signed with a big league team.

Baseball America does that...just go to there draft database and you can sort by team or round...players in bold are signed
