Delmon Young's arm is insanely good, I'm fairly confident saying he's got the best in the league right now. Alex Rios should be on the list somewhere, though.

Anyone got a link to a video where Ichiro threw out a runner at home and did a flip because he threw the ball so hard? That was sick.
