I think he's under-rated though because he runs with a limp and he makes fielding errors.

Victoriano's dosen't seem to have much of an arm but he is very accurate. From all the times I've seen him throw someone out the ball was way over the cut off mans head whereas the other guys could throw it through the cut off mans head on a line.

lol... thats because everyone has been running on him. his arm is very average..
delmon young and felix pie definitely have very strong arms.. pie threw out 2 players at home in his first 2 games
