I think he's under-rated though because he runs with a limp and he makes fielding errors.

Victoriano's dosen't seem to have much of an arm but he is very accurate. From all the times I've seen him throw someone out the ball was way over the cut off mans head whereas the other guys could throw it through the cut off mans head on a line.

I remember back when Vlad was in his first or second year and he gunned down a runner tagging from 3rd when he was almost at the wall. It was incredible. At that point, it was the best throw I'd ever seen...might still be... :-°

its not that he doesnt have an arm, he does. its just sorta sneaky....

lol... thats because everyone has been running on him. his arm is very average..

delmon young and felix pie definitely have very strong arms.. pie threw out 2 players at home in his first 2 games
