How the mighty have fallen. It is very interesting that the top of the list is basically all guys who are in their first or second year as everyday OFs. It's almost like he throws in the established players as an afterthought. That might be good however, as I knew Jones, Hunter, Ichiro and Vlad and amazing arms.
I was in attendance at a A's vs Mariners game a couple years ago and Ichiro threw out Kotsay (I believe, could be wrong on who) at 3rd from the right field line. They teach OFs to throw the ball through the cut's head on a line. Anyway, there was a single down the line and Kotsay was on first. Ichiro threw him out on what seemed to be the easiest of 1st to 3rds, without a cut, though there could have been one if needed. It was the most impressive defensive play I have seen in person. I haven't seen Young's arm personally but I can't give it to him just yet, though I definitely did not realize his arm was THAT good either.
