Everybody said the same thing about Aramis Ramirez last year, too, But his season was just OK.

That being said, I may need to review my teams "No Yoga in the Clubhouse" rule. I thought ther was no yoga in baseball.

I'm personally going to be wary of any players that lost a lot of weight over the offseason. With these new steroid rules being enforced, I suspect that you'll see a lot of guys decide to lose weight.

I'm not saying Nevin is one of them (or that Giambi is), but it's something to consider.
