Quality RP

In my league I've decided since my era and whip aren't great that I should slowly increase the amount of RP on my team. My league starts 9 pitchers so theoretically I could start 9 RP. I'm wondering a) if this is a viable strategy since I'm doing well in wins and ks and b) some RP with good ratios and ks that would be available (I'm not talking about the best like Okajima or Soriano)

How deep are we talking about? Are guys like Betancourt or Corpas available? Sherrill? Heath Bell? Joe Smith? Bobby Howry? Pat Neshek? Guerrier? Qualls? Lyon?
