He is flat out tearing up the PCL...17 HR, 58 RBI, .326 BA, OPS over 1.000, 5 SB....Is he really this good?...

Yes, he's for real. He was up last season for a bit & I've seen him a couple of times in Tacoma (AAA).
I don't think SEA is in a big rush to bring him up though plus there's no room right now.
