Currently making a deal that will improve my squad for the time being emensly, Its a no brainer being a Money league, I WANT TO WIN (trade is posted in the other forum) thing is I got both Bailey and Lincecum, Who has the better future? Bailey did look good against the A's the other night. Should I be moving Bailey instead of Lincecum, or is it a toss up?
I'd probably take Lincecum, although it can really go either way for this year.
home plate is 59' away, his stride looks about 6' long and he releases the ball 4' after that. it's got to look to batters like he's throwing from a softball mound. those pics really illuminate the ridiculous lenghth of homer's stride. thanks for posting.

What exactly is the rule regarding foot on the rubber and releasing the ball? (I thought, in theory, the back foot was to stay on the rubber til release, but it's overlooked like the extra step in basketball.)
