What about the walks?
I don't mean that in a condescending way - I'm genuinely curious about whether it was lack of control or situational pitching or something else. I didn't get a chance to watch.

good question. i've been watching, and some of the walks were just weird...like he was toying around or lost his concentration. he has matured/adjusted quickly at every level; i see no reason why he wouldn't continue through the ML. he'll get it under control--and quickly. tho' he threw mostly heat tonight, when he did throw a change or curve, it was just gross. he's an exciting pitcher to watch.
b
yeah, yes...

Didn't he struggle in his last start against Cleveland?

yeah i gotta agree with benjapage his walks for the most part were just plain weird..like he just lost it in some situations. also you cant blame the kid for using his fastball so much..nobody could touch the thing

And did you see the defense playing behind this kid tonight, i am a homer owner and i liked his line tonight, but he is gonna make some mistakes, kinda up in the air on how i will be playing him from here on out.

He exited the game with the win in hand against LA.
He should be 3-0
