Need 1 owner for new keeper league

Just started a new baseball keeper league with guys I've played fantasy football with in different leagues for a couple of years. All of the owners are dedicated, competitive owners, but we had one guy who had too many obligations and dropped out.

The league is a 12-man keeper league -- 5x5 head-to-head with daily roster changes.

Roster positions are C, 1B, 2B, 3B, SS, 3OF, CI, MI, UT, 7 Pitchers(any combination of SP and RP).
5 bench spots and 1 DL spot.

We are doing this on Yahoo, so no fee for the site, but to make it interesting, we're doing $20 fee -- winner takes all.
The draft will be a slow draft on the message board and we're looking to start within the next week. I've set Feb. 8th as the final date for anyone to opt out, but most have already contacted me and assured me they're in.
