Yeah the title track isn't as good as the others. I'm strangely digging some of the more different songs like Conquest and St. Andrew. I rate it better than Get Behind Me Satan but not as good as Elephant. De Stijl is still my favorite album of the bunch.

Heard the album in full about 3 times, I don't think the title track is all that good and while it has some nice riffs in it, it's kind of rough and is sometimes out of place. The album as a whole right now is right below Satan for me, due to familiarity factor I assume(I'm also a big fan of Get Behind Me Satan, Besides the obvious single in Blue Orchid, there were 3-5 very good tracks like My Doorbell too). I need to listen to it a bit more. I'm not terribly excited that this will be the album of the year or anything. It's okay...

I rate it above Get Behind Me Satan but below Elephant and the excellent De Stijl. I'm still not sure which song is my favorite. I love Rag and Bone, as well as Effect and Cause.
