Should I really be 13 games back?

This is my 1st year playing fantasy baseball, This team seems pretty good to me. What am i doing wrong? I check everyday to make sure i'm not missing starts.

You dont need a backup catcher, so my first choice would be to drop Molina for an outfielder. If you see a good outfielder, I would start him over Victorino and put in JD Drew at Utility. Dye hasnt been doing much and he got hurt in tonights game.

Zimmermann is getting better, replace Dye and Drew (is better guys are available) and you should get closer to the top because you have good pitching!
