Is this team flawed or underachieving?

9 Team Standard ROTO League.

1 R , 2 RBI, 4 HR, 7 SB, 1 AVG / 7 W, 8SV, 8 SO, 9 ERA, 8 WHIP

As you can see my pitching is keeping me in the ballgame but the league leader is smoking me by like 80ish RBI / 30ish HR / 10 points of AVG, more than 100 R's!

Is my team flawed in a certain area? I've been trying to improve my team by trading away some excess closers / pitching.

I've got a Konerko + Wagner for Hafner deal on the table and a Haren + Todd Jones for Wright proposed....

I thought my offense would be a strength, not a glaring weakness.
