Rate My Team and Moves Thus Far

I'm in a H2H Points league, we're allowed 7 max starts a week and 2 closers at a time. Playoffs start in Week 23.

This is my team now...I'd appreciate comments, suggestions.. etc

Pitching Staff: Lackey, Bonderman, Beddard, Lilly, Vasquez, Miller, Josh Johnson
Closers: Valverde, Ray, Gregg

Injured: Capuano, Hughes

I'm currently leading the division by 2 games.. Best record in the league.

Thinking about moving Youkilis for Delgado, maybe move an OF and SP for another pitcher.
