Where's Edmonds?

I know he'll occasionally sit a game against a tough lefthander, but he's missed the last 2 games just when he seemed to be heating up. There's no mention of an injury. Anyone know what's going on and if he's an okay play this week. My only alternative is Josh Hamilton.
