What do you think of my team below? Any opinions are greatly appreciated!

12-team, 5x5, dynasty league (keep all players)

C Russell Martin (C)
1B Adrian Gonzalez (1B)
2B Brandon Phillips (2B)
3B Álex Rodríguez (3B)
SS Carlos Guillen (SS)
OF Lance Berkman (1B, OF)
OF Delmon Young (OF)
OF Juan Pierre (OF)
UTL Howie Kendrick (1B, 2B)
BN Johnny Damon (OF)
BN Corey Hart (OF)

SP Carlos Zambrano, Jered Weaver, Cole Hamels, Brandon Webb, Andy Pettitte, Yovanni Gallardo
RP Jason Isringhausen, Huston Street(DL), Akinori Otsuka, Octavio Dotel
DL Phil Hughes

The only thing I am thinking of doing is trying to trade Damon for another relief pitcher becasue of Street's issue.

it looks pretty solid, however i would want another huge bat in my outfield because young has been so up and down this year and pierre only offers you stolen bases. maybe try to buy low on andruw jones or vernon wells. and i agree with going out and getting another closer, with street and hughes on the DL and only one DL spot on your roster you are pretty much wasting a roster spot on someone that doesn't help out. so i'd go out and get another closer, doesn't have to be a big name, someone like wickman or dempster who will at least get you saves and will keep their job pretty long.

i think you can ride it out with your closer situation but i might try to package damon and pierre for a better all around outfielder with some speed and pop

Who do you think I could target with Pierre and Damon?

bump....any opinions on what type of big bat I should target with Pierre and Damon. I think the problem is that not many teams need 2 OF. How would I spin a deal like this?
