6th Place, where are my weaknesses?

I'm in 6th place right now, I feel like I've assembled a pretty solid group here, but I'm in the middle of the pack(12 Roto 5x5 Redraft). Any glaring weaknesses anyone notices?

C - Napoli
1B - AGonzalez
2B - Utley
3B - Glaus
SS - Reyes
OF - VWells, Markakis, Dye
UT - Konerko
BN - Pence, Zimmerman

SP - Bonderman, Kazmir, Bedard, Lackey, Halladay
RP - FCordero, Fuentes, Isringhausen, Accardo, Capps, Myers(DL Spot)

not a bad team, but your biggest weakness is your outfield. dye and vernon wells are guys that have been killing your chances. I'd try upgrade there, package one of your closers and an OF and try to get a better OF option

I second the first post. Dye and Wells (though wells has hit well the last few games) are your problem spot. Send one packing and see what there is out there for guys you could bring in with speed and obp in the of.

Glaus going in and out of the Blue Jays lineup, and Konerko & Markakis not hitting out of the gate have been hurting your offense so far; these players should be able to turn it around.

I'd look to make a change on your catcher spot; Napoli is not good a option in roto leagues IMO.
