Help at third

I left third to the end and I am the only one not to have a 3rd baseman. It is a keeper league and my choices are:

Koskie
Burroughs
Randa
Crede
Beltre

Hillenbrand (now eligible only at 1st but soon to be eligible at 3rd)

I know people are going to start picking back ups so I better take one soon. I'm leaning towards Crede and Burroughs.

I'd go for Koskie as well. Burroughs might be platooned with Cirillo there now.

Amazing how underrated Koskie is! He shouldn`t even be available this late.

Koskie is the one you're looking for.

Crede was horrible last season, though I think he did better the second half - just looked up the numbers - he did much better in the second half. The word is he made some adjustments to his "long" swing and began making contact more regularly. No doubt, he's the everyday 3B for the White Sox, but be prepared for some cold spells.

Though Crede is an acceptible selection, Koskie provides a much more complete package. He struck out less than half as often as Crede and had 10 more SBs. He was also about 30 pts. higher in BA.

Koskie should have been taken quite awhile ago. Grab him!

Koskie beyond a doubt. Burroughs would be a nice backup. He only helps in avg. But doesn't hurt elsewhere, when drafting in the later rounds that's important.
