Your team looks pretty good. Martin should be starting over McCann and you should definately trade one of the two, probably for pitching. I'd try and trade one of your bench guys, Lee or Dunn for another really good starter. Target somone like Oswalt cause he's struggling. You could also trade one of your closers for a starter but make sure it's someone that won't kill your ratios and will get you a decent amount of Ks and Wins.
