Second place but pitching is hurting. Thoughts?

10-team Yahoo! 6x6 roto league that uses default stats plus fielding percentage and holds. Doing well in hitting categories (first in runs, RBI, stolen bases and fielding percentage, third in batting average, fifth in home runs) but slightly below middle of the pack in most pitching categories (tied for last in WHIP, tied for seventh in holds, sixth in strikeouts, ERA and saves, third in wins).

We use weekly lineup settings so that partially explains why my wins are higher than other categories: I've picked up free agent two-start pitchers some weeks when I thought the matchups were good, which has probably increased my wins and Ks but hurt my WHIP and ERA.

Here's my lineup, any thoughts on how to improve would be appreciated:

You could definitely trade one of your OF for a better starter, particularly Bay or Rios.
