I don't know what the Twins are planning. They need to rid themselves of an OF and Mientkiewicz to make some room for these young kids. At worse, Morneau would be on par with Mienkiewicz and LeCroy. The same holds true with these young OF's. I expect something will be done about it this spring.

I think he'll get some time at 1st but he will mostly spend the year in the minors, he needs more time down there to develope. Doug M will be in minn. this year and next year he'll move on, Im pretty sure he is a FA after the season. Lecroy will have god numbers out of the DH role, and I dont see morneau getting much time from him....

I think it will depend on how they do.
If they are in the race, I don't see them giving him a chance. Maybe they even acquire a modest upgrade somehow.
If they are out of it I would certainly hope they let him play full time the remainder of the season. Even if that happens I don't think he'll be very good for fantasy this year.
Hopefully he's on your farm team because you sure don't want him clogging up your UT/DH slot at the draft.

He'll play about 80 games in the majors this season, 50 at DH and 30 at 1B. That's what I think anyway.
He'll be very good in '05 like Madison said. He's Canadian after all, so he HAS to be good
