Pitching dilemma - what to do??

I'm baffled. My staff is pretty strong with Johan, Bedard, Cain, Escobar, R.Hill, Burnett, and Carmona. I'm first or close to it in K's, WHIP, & ERA...but I'm dead last in Wins. Should I just trust that the wins will come, or is there something I need to change?
